Internal Audit Manager

My client, a growing financial services lender, is seeking an audit manager to take responsibility for 3^rd line growth and delivery

With a recent acquisition, the business has a growing need to prioritise risk and grow third line capability, thus making this an exciting time to join.

You will be responsible for managing a team and will need to work closely with different areas of the business, so communication and delivering difficult messages are vital. Typical audits will include operational, outsourcing, retail compliance and credit risk. The role will also have a dotted line into EXCO so business exposure is exceptional.

The role requires around 25% UK travel (with some overnight stays) and you will need to be able to drive.

As the successful candidate you will have significant commercial internal audit experience (ideally related to a regulated business but this is not a prerequisite) and have managed teams and / or individuals.
