The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC) have been approached by one of the fastest growing internal audit divisions within the Big 4 to help recruit an Assistant Manager to join their internal audit team to mainly work on their FTSE 100/250 corporate clients in industry and commerce. As the successful candidate you will thrive working in a fast paced and challenging environment.

This is an opportunity for a recently qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIA) candidate to join one of the Big 4 during a period of sustained growth. The role itself is varied and you will be exposed to a sophisticated portfolio of mainly banking clients but also other financial service entities. Working within a strong team ethos you will be encouraged to share ideas and assist in moving the business forward from your first day.

The core responsibilities will see you leading teams and reporting directly senior management. You will be responsible for the budgeting and monitoring the financial performance of projects.The initial planning and carrying out of the audit fieldwork and identifying, researching and helping to resolve complex audits.

To be successful you are likely to be ACA/ACCA/CIA qualified and ideally come from a practice background or with internal audit experience in the corporate world. Any recent SOX experience whilst not essential is preferred.
