One of our longstanding Big 4 clients in Luxembourg is building out their Transaction Services practice and seeking to appoint French or German speaking Senior Advisors. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career within a diverse, talented, successful team.
In this role, you will work perform financial diligence in support of deal evaluation, reporting and refinancing advice. Engagements are a mix of long and short client-site and office-based projects in Luxembourg and overseas. From day one, you will be assigned to challenging projects and have the opportunity to learn from some of the best Transaction advisors in the market.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze business and financial topics
- Assist in identifying deal issues and provide suggestions for solutions
- Help in the preparation of high quality deliverables
- Prepare key summary section and reports
- Work over a cross section of industries and geographies but with a focus on the Luxembourg marketplace
- Participate in marketing, knowledge sharing and practice development
Requirements:
I would like to hear from individuals with the following background:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics and/or Strategic Management
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within Audit + must have some Transaction Services / Due Diligence exposure
- Fluent in English and French OR German.
