KPP Search is working in partnership with a global technology leader to appoint an Internal Audit Manager in Mannheim, Germany.

Responsibilities 

• Lead and execute Internal Audit projects from planning to conclusion 

• Manage relationships with stakeholders from all areas of the business 

• Advise business leaders with your recommendations for improvement / risk reduction 

• Coach and mentor peers and team members 

• Work autonomously and enhance your reputation internally, making future transition to a new position seamless 

• Note: This position does not come with direct reports. You will manage people on a project basis. 

Requirements -

• At least 7 years’ prior experience within Audit (External or Internal, or both) 

• Strong understanding of the manufacturing process and the risks associated 

• Ability to travel 50-60% of your time within Europe, returning home on all weekends 

• Proven ability to build relationships and influence / persuade at varying levels of seniority 

• Fluency in English, written and spoken. Any other language skills are an advantage
