Group SOX & Controls Manager

Your new company

Your new company is a newly listed PLC, working in the Tech & IT Solutions space, with clients ranging from Multi-National Banks to Global Retailers to Telecoms PLCs. They are hugely successful with circa 90% of each year's revenue coming from clients they were working with in the prior year.

Your new role

This is a newly created job, in which you will report directly to the Deputy Financial Controller, and you will be tasked with continuously developing the wider finance team and their approach to SOx Controls. The company have just completed their first year of SOx testing, and so there will be lots of things you will need to improve upon over the next couple of years as you move into this role.

As a business, they can be quite acquisitive, and this means there will likely be new business areas to look at over time as well.

Travel is limited to a handful of trips per year, mostly within Europe, and your base would be their Central London offices

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong SOx experience
• Experience working in a Top 4/10 firm (ideally looking to make your first move into industry)
• An international secondment would be a bonus, but not a necessity.
