A reputable firm of Chartered Accountants seeking a recently qualified ACA / ACCA Audit Supervisor.

Your new company
A reputable Cheshire based mid tier firm of Chartered Accountants with multiple offices are looking to appoint an ACA / ACCA qualified accountant to join the firm as an Audit & Accounts Supervisor. The firm have experienced year on year growth and with this are looking to appoint an audit supervisor who can assist the partners with the management of a portfolio. This role is to be based in their Nantwich office.

Your new job
As an Audit & Accounts Supervisor you will work with a manager to oversee the delivery of compliance and advisory services to a portfolio consisting of OMBs, SMEs & groups. Day to day duties will include planning, managing and overseeing audit assignments and audit juniors, preparing complex financial statements and leading on the more high-risk audits. Over time you will develop your own portfolio of clients and progress through to an Audit & Accounts Manager.

What you'll need to succeed
The firm are seeking an ambitious and driven ACA / ACCA chartered accountant who has ideally gained at least one years post qualified experience. This would suit accountants who have either operated in a pure audit role or a mixed audit and accounts role. As you will be looking to develop your own portfolio of clients you must be able to demonstrate confidence liaising with clients, a proactive approach to you work and strong interpersonal skills.
