For a project at our client ‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for a
(Junior) HR Data Analyst - Excel Pivot / Vlookup (6604)
In this role you will respond to the needs of any compensation management related requests and provide relevant support with excel data analysis and other admin tasks.
Your Qualifications:
- Working experience in an analytical role, preferably within the financial and/or HR environment
- Comfortable with large sets of data and strong skills in Excel (Pivots, vlookup) is a must for this role
- Strong admin experience (preparation of data sets, PowerPoint presentations etc.)
- Knowledge of compensation management topics would be an advantage
- Very strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to work with tight deadlines and balance competing priorities
- Motivated quick learner, who is able to pick up new tasks and working processes very quickly
- Fluent in English, German is a bonus
Your Responsibilities:
- Supporting the IWM (International Wealth Management) compensation management year-end activities (both processes and compensation tool)
- Collaborating with other compensation managers within IWM (International Wealth Management) on centralized year-end topics (management compensation reporting and communications)
- Responding to the needs of any compensation management related requests in a timely manner, and providing relevant support with data analysis in Excel
- Supporting the compensation management governance activities, documentation and education material, and communication
- Perform ad-hoc reports and benchmarking requests
