Interim Compliance Manager
The role will see you reporting directly to an interim Risk and Compliance consultant under the overall supervision of the Group Finance Director and General Counsel, and will provide you with the freedom to identify and act upon opportunities to improve processes and efficiency. Your major accountability in this position will be to support the interim Risk and Compliance consultant in updating and compiling up to date policy and process documentation, KYC/CDD processes and automated solution; compliance training material and delivering the compliance/KYC training across the groups global office network whilst working with business units to facilitate the documentation and maintenance of information on key risks; controls and key risk indicators, as specified within group policies and procedures.
Working with the Interim Risk and Compliance consultant you will take control of developing the group's compliance training material and assist in delivering the training across the group's global office network. You will also assist in the delivery and training of the group's standard KYC/CDD processes and automated solutions and on-going automated compliance solution.
This role requires an experienced Risk and Compliance professional having experience of delivering global compliance training programs to challenging audiences and experience establishing Enterprise Risk Management frameworks, implementing the same and providing on-going training and assurance.
Essential education: A degree level qualification or equivalent and/or Audit, Risk or Compliance industry accreditation (e.g. CIA, CIRM, ICA) or membership of a professional body (e.g. ACCA/ACA/CIMA).
A background within an FCA Regulated environment would be preferable, although not essential. Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills are required with emphasis on achieving results and successful outcomes.
