Finance Business Partner

KPP Search is working in partnership with a global automation leader to appoint a Finance Business Partner who can advise key stakeholders on strategic decisions and work toward commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Providing detailed forecasts and analysis over a range of key business areas 
• Advise business leaders with your feedback and recommendations
• Work autonomously and enhance your reputation internally, making future transition to a new position seamless

Requirements - 

• At least 7 years’ prior relevant experience (e.g. Audit, Finance, FP&A, Business Partnering) 
• Strong industry exposure and understanding of their operations 
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence / persuade at varying levels of seniority
• Fluency in English, written and spoken. Any other language skills are an advantage
