Internal Audit Methodology Manager

A truly innovative global company is hiring for an Internal Audit Methodology Manager who can contribute toward the design and implement the processes and programs across Internal Audit, Risk Management and Internal Controls. 

You will be in charge of the quality and processes for the whole Audit, Risk, and Compliance function. You will have a wide spread of responsibilities across the internal audit and internal control policies, processes, quality, and tools. You will work together with the function’s management to provide operational excellence and leading practices across the entire function. 

The ideal candidate will be a highly qualified professional that will bring leading practice approaches to a function which is being built up significantly in 2020. You will need to be comfortable in a rapidly changing environment as well as having a strong ability to build and maintain relationships across the business. 

Your Responsibilities - 

• Develop and support the implementation of internal audit and internal control methodologies and tools. 
• Partner with the internal audit team and other teams to perform quality assurance reviews of all phases of internal audit execution. 
• Drive continuous improvement of internal audit and internal control processes 
• Develop and deliver communication and training to internal audit team members and other stakeholders. 
• Establish effective business relationships within the organization and maintains knowledge of the business globally. 
• Ensure the internal audit function is viewed as an internal consultant of the business aimed to improve business performance. 

Requirements -

• At least 7 years’ prior experience within Audit and/or Internal Controls (Implementing Processes and Programs) 
• Strong understanding of the manufacturing process and the risks associated 
• Ability to travel 20% of your time within Europe, returning home on all weekends 
• Fluency in English, written and spoken. Any other language skills are an advantage
