Barclay Simpson is working with a major insurance firm to recruit a Senior Internal Auditor.
Broad in scope, this delivery focused position is responsible for audits across the business. The Senior Internal Auditor will plan and execute audits to ensure controls, risk management and governance processes are all effectively managed in accordance with policies, that they themselves will help develop alongside senior management.
This position is well suited to a candidate with a first-rate working knowledge of risk management and internal audit principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to proactively suggest improvements will be necessary. A professional qualification is preferred (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, PIIA, CMIIA, or equivalent).
