The Internal Auditor will report to the Group CFO where you will be a key member of their global team. You will be based in Watford but be willing and flexible to travel every 6 weeks to their subsidiaries. You will be responsible for reviewing and auditing internal control and procedures to ensure risk is adequately management and the controls and governance of each entity are effective.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to understand processes and work flows. Have at least 5 year’s experience as an Internal Auditor or Senior Auditor and have advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.

Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports. Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations. Have high attention to detail and excellent analytical skills and a degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent and good report writing, and communication skills is essential.

Above all you will have a strong degree of commercial acumen with the ability to influence and present at all levels and be able to demonstrate sound independent judgement.
You will be commercially aware and have the gravitas to win the respect and confidence of colleagues across the organisation.
