A Top 10 International Firm of Chartered Accountants are currently seeking an Audit Supervisor to be based in their modern Manchester City Centre offices. This opportunity has arisen due to internal promotions and consistent growth within the audit department.


Your new role
As an Audit Supervisor you will work closely with the audit manager to oversee a varied audit portfolio. Day to day you will be responsible for overseeing the audit assignment and taking responsibility for managing the client on a day to day basis. You will be responsible for managing audit teams out on client site, review audit fieldwork, managing and investigating areas of high risk, assisting with the management of the budgets and attending audit meetings. Your client base will be varied including AIM listed clients, high growth businesses, groups, UK subsidiaries amongst others.


What you'll need to succeed
The firm are seeking a Chartered Accountant who is either ACA or ACCA qualified and has operated in a role weighted at least 50% towards audit. The firm are seeking an ambitious individual who can demonstrate a good commercial acumen, a proven track record of operating in a client facing role and strong leadership skills. There is excellent career progression within the firm, which can be seen throughout the audit team.
