Job Details

For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer – EIP for Testing for a 6 month contract.

Qualifications

  • Seasoned DevOps Engineer with a strong background in Java 8+ software development
  • Experienced in setting up enterprise integration patterns using Spring Integration or Apache Camel
  • Strong knowledge in testing using BDD (JBehave or Cucumber) or TDD (unit, integration, acceptance tests)
  • Deep know-how of Spring framework suite: Core, Boot, Caching
  • Able to develop enterprise, multi-tier applications in particular web services, client-server and server-side application programming
  • Familiar and understanding in Agile methodology and its tools
  • Very good understanding of Object-oriented design and programming
  • Fluent English skills

Tasks

  • Contact with stakeholders, gathering requirements and analysis
  • Design of architecture, implementation, design and write different types of tests
  • Automated build, packaging and deployment process for production deployments
  • Support and maintenance software in production
  • Research and development of new cross-asset platform based on the strategic trading trade management system
  • Working with the Environment Management /PTG teams
