One of California’s top independent firms are looking to add Audit & Advisory Seniors to their Technology and non-Financial Services teams.
They work closely with the business owners of privately held companies who are prime for an IPO or acquisition. Many of their clients are venture backed so they work with them not just from a compliance standpoint, but as their business advisor as they position themselves for an exit strategy. They also have a growing Venture Capital focus where they partner with the venture capital firms themselves and monitor their funds and investments from an auditing/compliance standpoint.
This means it's not just any Audit Senior position. It's a genuine Audit AND Advisory role.
The firm has done the opposite of most in the Bay Area this year, instead of laying off they've hired and promoted. 3 x new Partners this year alone!
Suffice to say it's a fantastic opportunity to work in literally the world's leading Tech centre, with exciting businesses young and old.

You will ideally come from Big 4/Top 20 background, and will have qualified as a CPA (CA if coming from Canada is fine!). Experience/knowledge of auditing technology companies is a bonus, for the Tech roles, but really, it's the person that will land the job, not the client experience.
Above all you must bring a great personality, strong work ethic and career drive to the table, and show a willingness and passion to embed yourself in the uber-cool San Fran/Silicon Valley tech scene.
