For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

Senior Business Data Analyst - Records / Data Management (7120)

In this challenging role, you will be designing and syndicating the target data model for the future records management service. 

Your Qualifications:

• 10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within financial environment understanding both IT and business side
• 5+ years' expertise in data modeling, data management
• Experienced in data cleansing, data enrichment, data migration, data protection and data management (data analysis methods)
• Records Management / Project Management experience and Business Process Modeling experience are a plus
• Background in designing archiving solutions or in general, managing large scale data or regulatory-driven implementation projects 
• Strong knowhow in SCRUM / SAFe methodology
• Fluent in English, German is an asset

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for development of the client's Business Records Management target data model
• Design new records data solution, corresponding metadata and related information stored in Corporate Archive Plan
• Design a standardized records management data model, considering internal record management taxonomy, in collaboration with AI-supported tools of implementation partner (3rd party)
• Defining an approach for analysis considering re-using existing internal  environments
• Create functional specification based on stated data model requirements
• Business Analysis of data, requirements for data cleaning, data enrichment, and data mapping requirements with the goal of preparing for records management data migration onto new target data model
• Involve stakeholders (primarily records management dept.) in an agile design process with the client's data protection and data organizational functions
• Support product development approval in SCRUM sprints (Demo) and final approval in Release Train Testing (=UAT)
• Support or assume (Agile) Product Owner Role
• Support innovation of cost-effective and regulatory compliant records management services and data quality management processes on a global scale
• Leading other BRM BAs, internal specialists, and 3rd party implementation partner and supporting the data analysis, data modeling activities and conceptual data migration preparation
