Internal Audit Manager

The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC) has been asked by an International Media Business to assist them on their search for an Internal Audit Manager.

This is an extremely exciting opportunity for those seeking to work for a global entertainment powerhouse. The Manager role will be key part of this new Internal Audit department and you will partner up with the SVP, Head of Internal Audit to grow this new team. There is also a clear pathway to progress in this role.

You will be reporting into the Head of Internal Audit as well as working closely internally with the wider business and senior stakeholders. You will also be assisting with hiring and you will eventually have a team of Internal Auditors, making sure they are meeting their performance objectives, whilst mentoring, supporting and facilitating their career progression where you can.

Experience and qualifications

• A demonstrable track record of success in internal audit
• Experience across a broad range of audit areas including operational, financial, IT and project assurance
• Accounting or audit qualification ACA, CIMA, CIA, ACCA
• Strong academic background
• Big 4 or Top 10 experience in external and/or internal audit is highly desirable
• Media experience is desirable
• Experience managing /building team from scratch is desirable
• Experience working in a media Business / or similar
