For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

Senior Business Process PM / BA - Records Mgmt. / Electronic Archiving (6994)

In this Business Records Management (BRM) initiative, the bank aims to implement a strategic & global Records Management solution (operating model, processes, and IT infrastructure) to replace a historically grown legacy environment. The contractor will analyze and compare the current records management business processes, create functional specifications, and manage the target operating model.

Your Qualifications:

  • Many years experience as Project Manager / BA with a strong knowhow in business processes design within financial services
  • Able to design standardized records management processes & future controls processes (including Data Quality Management)
  • Experience in Electronic Archiving, Records Management, Data Privacy laws, GDPR, Information Governance as well as with OpenText/InfoArchive system
  • Well versed in controlling and analyzing current processes and regulations
  • Highly skilled in operating model design and creating SLAs with 3rd parties
  • Strong Knowhow with SCRUM and SAFe Methodology
  • A strategic and innovative way of thinking
  • Fluent in English and German would be a plus

Your Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of current records management business processes 
  • Compare current processes versus stated compliant records management processes and requirements and identify gaps
  • Create functional specification, within the agile SAFe approach, based on stated records management business requirements 
  • Design standardized records management processes and future controls processes (including Data Quality Management)
  • Involve stakeholders (primarily records management dept.) in an agile design process with local/ regional Compliance Functions ensuring local regulatory and compliance nuances are considered in new designs
  • Support product development approval in SCRUM sprints (Demo) and final approval in Release Train Testing (=UAT); support or assume (Agile) Product Owner Role
  • Innovate and provide cost-effective and regulatory compliant records management services and processes on a global scale
  • Leading other BRM BAs, a specialist from the company and 3rd party implementation partner and supporting the data analysis and data modeling activities
