The Audit and Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC) have been asked by one of the market leaders in the Retail sector to recruit an experienced Internal Audit Manager to join their New York team. This business operates globally and as a result of this, the role requires 30% travel both in the Americas and internationally.


This is an extremely exciting opportunity for those seeking to work for an International global powerhouse. The Manager role will be key part of this new centralised Internal Audit department and you will partner up with the SVP, Head of Internal Audit to add value to the greater business. There is also a clear pathway to progress in this role.

Experience and qualifications

  • 6+ Years experience in Audit
  • A demonstrable track record of success in internal audit
  • Experience across a broad range of audit areas including operational, financial, IT and project assurance
  • Accounting or audit qualification ACA, CIMA, CIA, ACCA
  • Strong academic background
  • Big 4 in external and/or internal audit is highly desirable
  • Experience managing /building team from scratch is desirable
