Experienced Risk Actuary sought for one of the most prestigious London Market Insurers active in the UK market today.

This role represents a rare opportunity for an experienced Actuary with previous Risk Management experience to oversee a small team, work directly with senior stakeholders (including the CRO) and play an integral role in drawing up the Enterprise Risk annual plan.

This role will allow the successful Risk Actuary to gain significant exposure to all the key teams within the business, providing an excellent foundation to either progress within Enterprise Risk Management or another area of the Actuarial profession.

Profile of the Risk Actuary:

Qualified Actuary or equivalent with outstanding analytical skills
Proven track record of successfully engaging with senior stakeholders
Previous exposure to Solvency ll
Experience of capital and risk modelling would be highly advantageous
Line management experience would be advantageous, though this role would also suit someone looking to move into management for the first time
Excellent communication skills
