Corporate Finance Executive

Corporate Finance job in Norwich, leading firm.


Hays are seeking applications from qualified ACA/ACCA Accountants who are keen to move into Corporate Finance, for their client, a leading regional firm.

You will be joining the largest, most active Corporate Finance team in the region and will gain exposure to a high-profile client base, working on interesting and confidential transactions. You will also be involved in business sales, business acquisitions, due diligence reporting, valuations, strategic planning and financial forecasting.

The successful candidate will ideally be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with prior practice experience. Candidates looking to move from audit and accounts are also encouraged to apply and will be offered study support for the Corporate Finance qualification.
