Your new company
This Compliance Manager role is with a well known corporate in Warwickshire who are going through an interesting time of change. Their Assurance function is under new leadership and you will have an opportunity to shape Compliance activities within the organisation.
Your new role
You will play a vital role in the development of an effective approach to the management of key business risks, primarily Competition Law, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, AML, Anti-Trust and Modern Slavery. This will require you to design training programmes and partner with the business to promote awareness and education of these compliance activities, as well as monitoring ongoing compliance with the relevant standards.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have strong recent & relevant compliance experience from a corporate environment; candidates with a Financial Services compliance background will not be considered. Having experience of developing & delivering training programmes is advantageous. You will be a confident communicator, a self starter and be comfortable in a changing corporate environment.
What you'll get in return
£50,000-£60,000 (depending on experience) + £5,000 car allowance + bonus. You will also be given the opportunity to work from home at times.
