For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
Scrum Testing Team Lead - Release Mgmt. / Advisory Systems (7179)
Our client offers you the great opportunity to take over responsibility for organisation and coordination over the test activities (in particular during releases) from 9 Scrum tester within the IWM department. You will be involved in strategic discussions regarding test automation processes and be in touch with various business stakeholders as well as coaching your team.
Please be aware that this is a role within a sensitive environment. You will have to undergo an enhanced background screening, which takes some additional time. We, therefore, prefer local candidates.
Your Qualifications:
- Seasoned Test Manager with proven track record organizing test activities through all phases within the banking domain (preferably within advisory processes, financial products, and portfolio management is a big plus)
- Familiar coordinating and planning release activities in large scaled environments
- Extensive knowledge about test processes/methodologies
- Solid knowhow about popular test automation frameworks and able to understand their pro`s and con`s
- Ability to work in an agile / Scrum environment
- Leader personality and a talent for organization and structuring of tasks
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a highly demanding environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead all test activities in the ongoing releases
- Organize and plan releases end to end, coordinate the release plan execution
- Continuous improvement of all testing related processes
- Develop a sustainable and successful test strategy and implement it
- Coach the test engineers
- Ensure an efficient test coverage (test cases, test data, test approach)
