A top 100 accountancy firm with multiple offices across the North West seek a part qualified accountant to join their fast paced team in Liverpool. The firm are looking to appoint an experienced individual to work with a broad and varied client base. This will be an excellent opportunity to progress your career in practice with a top 100 firm.

Your new role
As an Audit & Accounts Semi Senior within this firm, you will be working as part of a team to undertake audits and prepare statutory accounts for clients made up of limited companies, sole traders, partnerships and charities and well as larger groups. You accounts work will be completed through to Manager review and your audit work will see you assist in the planing stages as well as the fieldwork and testing both out on client sites, and remotely. In some instances you will be responsible for leading the audit team. Your position will also see you get involved with bookkeeping, management accounts and VAT returns.

What you'll need to succeed
The partners are looking to appoint an individual that has past experience working in a practice environment. You must have had audit experience and should be able to prepare accounts autonomously through to review. Ideally you will be ACA / ACCA part-qualified and nearing completion of these studies. To be successful in your application you will be able to demonstrate good communication skills and a desire to develop your skill set.
