About the Role

The Computershare QA, Methodology and Training Senior Audit Manager is responsible for the maintenance of a quality assurance and improvement programme (QAIP) for the Internal Audit function; the Internal Audit methodology; and the design & delivery of technical internal audit skills-based training. The role holder will be a member of the extended Audit senior leadership team (SLT) and play a key role in the delivery of the Audit strategy. 


What will you be doing?

  • Maintenance and enhancement of the Internal Audit Methodology & Standards framework, in conformance with the IIA’s Code of Ethics and International Standards for Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.
  • Maintain a risk-based Quality Assurance Strategy that is focussed on good quality audit execution and the improvement of Internal Audit’s systems, processes and people.
  • Deliver high quality, well controlled, objective Quality Assurance Reviews, supported by comprehensive files.
  • Effective Programme Management to ensure the timely delivery of quality assurance reviews and mitigation of delivery obstacles.
  • Communicate effectively and confidently throughout Internal Audit, at the global SLT meetings and with the Heads of Audit and their audit teams.
  • Design and deliver Internal Audit Methodology & Standards and other technical Training to the Internal Audit function.
  • Provide coaching to the Heads of Audit and their audit teams.


What are we looking for?

  • 5 years+ Internal Audit experience, preferably with a quality assurance background
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) / Chartered Accountant (ACA) or equivalent
