Job Details
Communicate have partnered with a Fintech in Lausanne who are looking for an individual with in-housing experience to build a state of the art function for the firm.
The role will initially entail establishing the Internal Audit and Internal Control environment. Following this the individual will be in charge of building the internal control function and building a team (recruiting and deciding the structure).
To be considered for this role you should be a qualified accountant (preferably Big 4, though not essential) and have experience of Internal Controls/Internal Audit.
Any experience of setting up an audit/internal control function would be of huge benefit.
