Lead Internal Auditor

The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC) is currently recruiting a Lead Internal Auditor for a prominent Infrastructure business based in central London.

This is a business with solely domestic operations, as such no international travel is required. Some UK travel is required, although minimal.

This isn’t a financial audit focussed role; you will be involved in capital projects, project assurance, operational audits, risk management, business continuity and corporate governance reviews.

The Lead Internal Auditor will be responsible for planning, delivering and reporting on a broad range of operational audit reviews. The ideal candidate will be inquisitive, want to be intellectually stimulated, and be driven to continuously improve and expand their knowledge and skills.

The successful candidate will likely have experience of working with senior stakeholders and managing complex audits independently, either from within a Big 4 or plc. Some experience of project assurance is beneficial. Experience within the infrastructure sector is not required, although an interest in the business would of course be very welcome!

The salary bracket for this role is up to £60,000 with excellent benefits on top (including 75% travel card discount and 10% bonus).
