Regional Compliance Manager
The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC) are working with a global Pharmaceuticals company who are currently going through an exciting period of business transformation. Having recently changed their leadership, they are moving from a fragmented regional agglomeration into a more centralised model. As a result, they are focussed on creating a Compliance function that that can confront global challenges but also ‘add value’ to the organisation.
You will be Partnering with the Compliance Lead for Europe & Canada to develop strategy for the implementation of the Global Compliance Program in applicable markets and businesses. Ensure implementation of Global Compliance Program in Central & Eastern Europe markets
You will also be the go to lead for on investigations when required. Due to the pandemic the successful candidate will be onboarded remotely. When it is safe to do so you will travel 30%.
Our client will be keen to see people who have all or some of the following experience:
- Deep knowledge of regulator expectations for company Compliance Programs, particularly U.S., U.K. and China regulators.
- Strong understanding of key compliance risk areas facing multi-national companies in highly-regulated industries, as well as associated laws and industry standards, including healthcare compliance, anti-bribery/anti-corruption, anti-trust, conflicts of interest, trade sanctions, and data privacy.
- Proven success in designing and implementing effective Global Compliance Programs in highly-regulated industries, preferably in the healthcare industry.
