An exciting new Compliance role has arisen within a hugely successful IFA practice close to Colchester.

The role will involve supporting a business of c 30 IFA and supporting staff and will require you to carry out a CF10 function.

You will take a lead role in the development and implementation of robust Compliance frameworks across the business in line with current and changing requirements from the FCA.

You will also be responsible for delivering an accurate advisory service to all stakeholders within the business when it comes to all manner of Compliance issues (monitoring, AML, T&C etc.), as well as having a significant voice when it comes to planning for future growth and strategic plans.

To be successful with your application, it is essential that you have experience of working in a similar Compliance advisory role within the Investment Management or Wealth/Asset Management world.

Ideally you should be familiar with a DFM.

You should be highly-competent when it comes to understanding FCA policies, and you will ideally be Diploma qualified.
