IT Audit Senior Manager

My client is a FTSE 100 listed company in the Production, Manufacturing and Logistics space. They currently have an Audit team of 5 and use the Big 4 to help them out with their IT Audit and IT Risk requirements. This role reports directly into the Head of Internal Audit but will have a high level of autonomy to first, make an IT Audit plan and then execute it. As time progresses you will be expected to build a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• To work with the team in assisting ongoing programs of successful internal technology audits
• To work closely with external and internal partners in the planning and the delivery of internal audit reporting
• A mix of hands on IT Audit work as well as managing the co-source
• Working as part of a team of auditors, producing and delivering audit projects
• Mentor more junior members of staff and lead audits with the companies Big 4 provider
• Design an IT Audit plan

The successful candidate will have:

• Will need to be CISA qualified or hold a relevant degree
• Background in the Big 4 and at least 5 years in industry is preferable
• The ability to work autonomously and run projects to a high standard, whilst managing your time successfully
• Ability to work well under pressure, whilst producing results
• Ability to work well in part of a vibrant team and manage own workload
• Experience in report writing is essential
• Strong analytical skills are essential
