IAC are pleased to be working with a rapidly growing professional services firm in their search for an individual to fill their Assistant Internal Audit Manager role at their Central London office.

The Assistant Internal Audit Manager will work across a portfolio of engagements in their specialist charity and not-for-profit team. You will provide consulting services on Internal Audit and Risk Management and will also supervise, mentoring and project manage more junior members of audit staff.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant or Auditor with at least 4 years’ experience. Some of this must have been spent working in Internal Audit either in industry or in a recognised consultancy. You must also have experience of working with charities and not for profit organisations. In addition to this you must also have experience of leading audit teams and managing senior stakeholders.

My client is looking for a commercially minded person who is a strong communicator and a fair leader. You must be able to think outside the box when supervising and training junior staff and have the relevant experience to prove so.
