Internal Auditors (Assistant Manager or Manager)
A strong, confident and enthusiastic internal audit candidate is required for a Big 4 firm, this role is based in Birmingham as there are four head counts available! If you wish to be based in London that could be an option!
This roles has come about due to business growth and sits within the advisory team covering Internal Audit. Agile working is actively encouraged and actually happens providing a genuine work-life balance, however there is travel to client sites across The Midlands with some ad-hoc travel to London!
As an Assistant Manager or Manager you will be delivering Internal Audit services to your regular commercial client base your role will be to manage a team size of 4-6 people during any engagement.
About the role:
Internal Audit Assistant Manager or Manager will be providing internal audit services to a large client base across the retail, manufacturing, construction client base. This role requires a candidate who comes with strong communication skills, gravitas and ability to use their own initiative.
Whether you are a Senior or Assistant Manager/Manager you will be delivering Internal Audit services to your regular commercial client base your role will be to manage a team size of 4-6 people during any engagement.
This role will be reporting to the Director/Partner of this Big 4 firm and be liaising with senior stakeholders. Your experience will have been gained from working in a large professional services company, however our client will also consider experience.
Must hold strong experience with Internal Audit as well as, managing large teams.
Exceptional client relationship and communication skills as well as, have the ability to network with others.
Awareness and experience of risk-based control identification and assessment methodologies.
Commercial acumen and knowledge of how complex organisations operate.
Strong analytical, logic and problem-solving skills.
Good project management and organisational abilities and the ability to deal with multiple deadlines.
Focused and able to take initiative (required to maximise growth potential).
Able to build strong relationships and work effectively in teams.
Able to work autonomously without the need for day-to-day direct oversight.
Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients at all levels.
