Northreach have partnered with an exciting and prestigious Financial Services Group in their search for an experienced Compliance Administrator to support the business on the compliance aspects of their Financial Advisers, including: Training & Competence, onboarding checks, CPD planning, T&C Schemes and SMCR - ultimately someone with exceptional knowledge of FCA requirements and superb administration support experience.
The Main Responsibilities:
* Support the Training & Competence Officer on maintaining the T&C scheme and procedures to ensure all advisers are meeting the necessary regulatory requirements
* Ensure that all Training & Competence records are obtained and maintained meeting the necessary FCA and Internal requirements
* Assist in the implementation of the Training & Competence element within the wider compliance monitoring programme
* Ensure all new certificated staff have completed the necessary Competency & Capabilities checks in line with the Training & Competency scheme
* Ensure all relevant documentation is obtained for new and existing staff
* Provide administrative support for newly authorised staff, ensuring all documents are stored correctly
* Assist in the administration of Continuous Professional Development plans and tracked correctly in the CPD portal
The Main Experience & Knowledge:
* Experience working within a Compliance administration role within Financial Services
* Experience working within Training & Competence and SMCR
* Excellent knowledge of FCA regulations
