Group IT Controls Manager

The Audit and Risk Recruitment Company have been asked by an international media, communications and entertainment company to help them find a Group IT Controls Manager to join an established team, based in London with regular travel to various locations across mainland Europe.

Group IT Controls Auditor - The Role:

Reporting to the Group Internal Controls Director and working closely with the IT audit team, this is an opportunity for an enthusiastic and talented individual to play a significant role in evaluating the group’s technology controls. 

Part of a team your the primary focus is to evaluate the design, operational effectiveness and efficiency of processes and internal control systems across the Group’s technology functions. 

You will manage, on a day to day basis, the planning, performance and reporting of allocated controls assignments. This includes ensuring delivery of the end to end audit process to an acceptable professional standard.

You will assist in the development of the IT controls programme to identify value add opportunities arising from the process and independently assess the design and operation of the existing controls, as well as identify areas for improvement. 

About you:

• You will have strong IT audit/ controls experience
• You will have a sound understanding of controls and risks and their application to a technology environment
• You will have excellent communication (both oral and written) & superb interpersonal skills
