Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is the major health and wellbeing provider for a population of 1.7 million people across Lancashire and South Cumbria.  A provider of mental health and learning disability services and physical health services in the community we employ over 7,000 members of staff operating in more than 400 sites with an annual budget of over £350 million. We are on a journey of improvement with a completely new Executive Team and have already invested significantly in mental health services in the last year.  We are seeking to expand our remit further with a Lead Provider Collaborative approach.

At this time of both challenge and change for the NHS, we are seeking a new transformational Non-Executive Director to join our ambitious Board team. We are seeking a qualified finance professional who will bring a breadth of experience and knowledge of risk and corporate governance, is able to Chair our Audit Committee and work with other Non-Executives to ensure our organisation is well led and makes best use of all resources.
