Job Details
The work is varied and challenging, and typical projects will include:
- Valuation of companies and businesses
- Valuation of equity portfolios and private equity funds
- Intangible assets
- Complex financial instruments
- Purchase price allocation (PPA) and impairment testing
- “Fairness opinions” and independent expert reports
- Lead work streams on a broad array of valuation and other corporate advisory projects
- Evaluate companies or parts of companies as well as intangible assets according to national / international valuation standards
- Work independently on market and company analysis
- Take responsibility for the preparation of detailed financial modelling, financial analysis and the application of a variety of valuation methodologies
- Take responsibility for the preparation of clear client reports and other deliverables
- Supervise junior team members
I am keen to hear from professionals with the following background:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business or a related discipline
- 3+ years relevant professional experience gained in audit and/or advisory services
- Fluent in English and Spanish
