Audit Manager - Brussels

This Big Four firm is looking for an Audit Manager to lead an international portfolio of general industry clients from across Europe. Not only will be responsible for your clients audit needs but you will work on accounting and financial reporting issues and well as complex transaction support. Other key responsibilities include:

• Lead advisory projects that add value to your clients
• Ensure the implementation of new standards is done properly
• Take the lead in adopting new technologies
• Train and develop your staff
• Manage client relationships and cultivate new opportunities
• Conduct performance reviews and feedback

We are looking for someone with:

• 4-8 years experience in external audit
• 2+ year as Manager
• International qualification preferred
• Fluent English language skills with other language skill highly beneficial
• Deep knowledge of IFRS and/or other international accounting standards
• Strong technical skills
• A problem solver
