Primary Responsibility:

• Guiding Banking customers on their Data Analytics and AI adoption journey with a focus on keeping existing Data and Analytics investments relevant.
• Conceptualize and drive adoption of Nextgen Data and Analytics Platforms and processes as a means for end customers to solve inherent business problems or achieve set road map related aspirations.
• Build Senior stakeholder relationships
• Build a personal brand and to be perceived as a thought leader by customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities - Practice development:

• Work with the Sales counterpart to identify and create the GTM around new propositions while developing and evangelizing these value propositions to existing and new stakeholders within an account.
• Responsible for articulation, presenting and developing propositions along with senior customer stakeholders.
• Responsible for building proposals, presentations for his/her own pursuits with support from the Solutions Design team.
• Responsible for evangelizing value propositions from the larger Data, Analytics and AI practice
• Responsible for identifying and nurturing cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to build business

MUST HAVE:

• Prior experience of having worked for customers in BFSI.
• Responsible to position himself/herself as a 'Trusted Advisor' in the assigned accounts/set of accounts
• Responsible to build a relationship with all the key stakeholders, both from the Client Ecosystem.
• Minimum 15-20 Data and Analytics experience with end to end hands-on implementation with one or more platforms
• Should have performed role of an SME/advisor for 3-5 years
• Should have exposure to the Data Ecosystem for banks and having worked for one will be a definite +.
• Guiding client on analytics adoption & journey leveraging Nextgen platforms
• Conceptualize and drive adoption of Nextgen Information Platforms
• Working knowledge in one or more of the following - Hadoop, NOSQL (MongoDb, MemSQL), Apache Hadoop, Spark, Hive etc
• Strong understanding of Google Cloud and AWS.
• Strong understanding derived from architecting Cloud based Data pipelines and an understanding of migrating pipelines and data work loads to the cloud.
• EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse) - Teradata
• BI Platforms - Tableau, SAS, Qlik
• Data Integration & Data Governance + Data Strategy Consulting

Nice To Have:

• Master Data Management
• Full Stack Architect with data engineering skills
• One or more industry certifications such as TOGAF
• Having set up a Real Time data platform.
