Technical Solutions Consultant MS365 AWS Remote

I am currently partnering with my International Technolgy Consultancy client based in Prague is looking for a Technical Solution Consultant to their team. This is a great opportunity to work in an IT environment with exposure to new emerging technologies and international projects.

Technical Solution Consultant Key Skills and Responsibilities:

• Manage the Office Productivity Solution, Global Print Solution, and Global Software Manager Solution
• Project-based consultancy across various solutions including preparing the update of Office from 2008 to 2018, switching from Project Online Desktop Client to Project for the Web, migrating print environment from Datacenter to AWS, implementing Ysoft 6 client, and implementing ServiceNow interface
• Provide 1st to 3rd level support for MS Suite and various software including MS365 Apps for Enterprise, OneDrive, Project, and VisioDefine as well as update the global standard and the global software catalogue
• When needed, act as the contact person for the support of Adobe, SnagIt, MiniTab, ThinkCell, and Brandic
• Manage both internal and external vendors regarding the lifecycle for various technology (license validity and renewal, new add-ins for Office, change in setting, etc)
• Coordinate with Identity and Access Management in Office 365 or Adobe portal
• Support the package process for new or to be updated SW (M391 in SNOW)
• Build and run end-user surveys for non-measurable software

Must-Have:

• Expert experience and knowledge of MS365 Apps for Enterprise
• Solid hands-on experience: Microsoft 365 Productivity Applications, OneDrive, Project, and Visio
• Expert in Office client technology (installs, updates, remove, How-To)
• Previous experience with Microsoft license systems (E3, F3, standalone license, implications, restrictions, )
• IT Project Management experience -delivering on time/on budget
• Strong vendor management relationship
• Konica Minolta Hardware and Ysoft 6 knowledge
• Previous high-level support of the following: ThinkCell, Adobe, Snaglt, MiniTab, Brandic, and OneIdentity desirable
• Excellent communication skills/ Fluent English
