External Audit Manager - Charities and Not for Profit
IAC are pleased to be working with a rapidly growing professional services firm in their search for an individual to fill their External Audit Manager role at their Central London office. The External Audit Manager will lead a portfolio of engagements in their specialist charity and not-for-profit team.
You will provide consulting services on external audit, international growth strategy, preparation of statutory accounts and management of accounts. You will also be responsible for tendering for new charity and not-for-profit clients and supervision, mentoring and management of audit staff.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with at least 4 years’ experience in External Audit. You must also have experience of working with charities and not for profit organisations. In addition to this you must also have experience of leading audit teams and managing senior stakeholders.
My client is looking for a commercially minded person who is a strong communicator and a fair leader. You must be able to think outside the box when supervising and training junior staff and have the relevant experience to prove so.
