PERMANENT COMPLIANCE OFFICER - NORTHAMPTON - 25-45K

This position is about knowing your stuff and being able to deliver that successfully to the internal staff, after all it is them that needs to ensure that the organisation is compliant so being able to converse at all levels is an absolute must.

The salary is quite vast as we are flexible on the candidate, it is more about the level of experience so if compliance is your thing, please read on

Daily duties are likely to involve the following:-

* Implementation of ISO management systems, policies and procedures

* Ensure that all staff are aware of the importance of being complaint and data protection/GDPR

* Being aware of constant changes and managing the impact on the business

* Carrying out necessary audits to ensure compliance is being adhered to

What we need from you:-

* Pass a DBS/Credit Check

* Experience in ensuring all staff are aware of the necessity and importance of compliance

* Own transport as you will be expected to go to other offices as and when the need requires. This is occasionally not regular

* Must have strong understanding of the ISO frameworks and be able to deliver this information to internal staffing

* Compliance/Audit skills

* Be able to explain "statement of applicability"

* Working Monday - Friday, general office hours but will need to be flexible due to the nature of the role
