What would you be doing?
We'll depend on you to work closely with the PwC Partners and staff to drive your audit engagements forward , delivering an excellent standard of work alongside your team. You will also enjoy interesting and challenging projects and be responsible for coaching and mentoring junior members of the team.
Tapping into the unrivalled level of access to local and global industry expertise, you will have a portfolio of clients from a range of industries. We are keen to hear from people that have experience in either Financial Services Clients, Non-financial Services clients or both.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Overseeing a range of standard and complex audits, assisting with business development of the wider practice through effective relationship building.

Supporting the management of key client accounts and delivering service in line with our Trusted Business Partner model.

Managing, supporting and training junior staff in all audit-related matters. You’ll be seen as a subject matter expert.

Enhance the quality of the wider Assurance team through contribution to training and development initiatives.
What do you need to bring to the role?
-
At least three years’ experience in a professional services environment is essential, as is an appropriate CA accreditation. You’ll also have up-to-date knowledge of market trends and developments.

An important element of the role is senior management interaction so it is important you can demonstrate your strong client service focus.

In addition you’ll possess a strong staff development focus and a proven ability to deliver exceptional on-the-job coaching.

Being fluent in English is required as is a passion for audit, a keenness to achieve and progress your career with the PwC team.
