Programme Manager IAM 6 Mth Contract London

I am partnering with my Global FMCG client who is currently looking for a Programme Manager IAM to lead all phases of their global information security projects with their team based in London on a 6 Month+ rolling contract. (Outside IR35)

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full delivery lifecycle of the Identity Management Project workstreams including Multi-factor Authentication, Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration.
• Grow and manage the Programme team using SAFe, running four to five squads across three Release Trains. Also running PI planning sessions and driving achievement of Release Train objectives.
• Workstreams reporting periodically to the IAM and Cyber Programme Steerco and OpCo's on progress
• Overseeing and directing enabling services to include: training, communications, change management and GxP validation testing
• Vendor, staffing and contract management
• Key stakeholder management to include Cyber Programme, IAM Programme Sponsor and other IT and Business stakeholders and Working groups.

Must-Have:

• 5 years of experience as a Programme Manager for multi-year IAM and Cyber Security Programmes (2yrs delivery using Agile)
• Experience of SAFe Agile Framework
• Expert in IAM Processes, including Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, Authentication and Directory services
• Collaborative and adaptive in approach, strong presentation, decision-making and team-building skills,
• Solid Multi-vendor environment (Big 5) experience
• Previous deployment of Saviynt, Azure AD MFA and other PAM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of NIST Special Publication 800-53, ISO 2700x, COBIT 2019
• CISSP or CISM certified as well as PRINCE2, Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, SCRUM)
• Delivery of DLP, Cloud Security, Endpoint Security, Infrastructure Security projects desirable
