Job Details
The main responsibility is to support the Group Audit function ‘road map’, execute internal audits as part of the plan from end-end (planning to close-out) in accordance with the audit manual. As a reward for your hard work, after 2 years, you should expect to move into the business in either finance or core operations.
Education and professional requirements:
- A relevant degree
- Audit experience in practice/industry/mix of both
- An accountancy/audit qualification is an advantage, but not essential (eg. ACCA, ACA, CIA, etc.)
- Experience in executing audits
- Experience with risk management/mitigation is an advantage
- Fluency in English (Hungarian is an advantage, but not essential)
- Perform risk-based audits and evaluate risks, travelling on average 25%.
- Provide advice and guidance to the business, applying technical and personal insights
- Provide professional scepticism with the aim of continuously improving the business
- Communicates with the business clearly and concisely to gain trust
- Delivers the plan effectively according the audit manual
- Helps coach junior members of the team to better themselves
- Demonstrates internal audit value through ongoing deliveries and value-adding services.
