Assistant Manager, Internal Audit
My client are leading global consultancy who are seeking three Assistant Managers to join their London based and expanding Financial Services Advisory and Internal Audit team. These are high level assurance delivery roles with huge emphasis on stakeholder relationship management.
The client portfolio is varied and this is a fast moving and dynamic team. We seek candidates from either an audit or compliance background with understanding and demonstrable experience in either banking, insurance, asset management or wider financial services.
You will lead and ensure the delivery of a portfolio of audits for the client base. You will supervise, mentor and support more junior members of the team and will gain broad experience of delivering audits and projects across the client portfolio.
This client operates a strong promote from within policy and so ambitious applicants will be well taken care of. The promotion cycle is every 6 months and internal promotion is taken very seriously. Previous or current consultancy experience is considered to be advantageous but we also welcome applications from candidates from industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for an audit professional who is keen to gain some leadership and managerial experience whilst working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The interviews will take place remotely due to Covid-19 and the future working plan will continue to be working from home and travelling to client sites only when required.
