Job Details
A great opportunity for a Change Assurance Manager to join their audit division at a leading bank in Edinburgh.
You will be a part of the team responsible for:
- Leading change and transformation audits across the group.
- Liaising and working with key stakeholders as well as building relationships.
- The recruitment process, including bringing on and developing the team
Ideally, you will have the following attributes:
- Experience working in a fast-moving environment where change can be complex and is delivered at pace, ideally, but not necessarily within banking.
- A strong understanding of Change delivery and outcome risks and controls, or a strong and an ability to apply this to your audit work.
- Take the lead in the delivery of agreed change projects to achieve continuous improvement for audit.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, proven ability to deliver to tight timelines.
- Prior experience within Audit / Risk Oversight functions is preferable.

- The base salary on offer ranges between £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
