Choralis Consulting have instructions to recruit a Senior Manager-Internal Audit

The company:- Is an immediately recognisable global brand and is the world's leader in their field. A US owned, NYSE listed multi national organisation. The company generate revenues in access of £7b and employ over 60,000 from locations all over the World.

The role:- Reports to the Director - Internal audit and is part of the Global Internal Audit team. You will have responsibilities to perform UK and global financial, operational and compliance audits. You will manage a small team remotely to achieve goals and targets whilst reviewing and improving worldwide compliance policies. Evaluate financial accounting and operational audit effectiveness and efficiency of the company's operations, reliability of financial reporting, adherence with company's policies, applicable laws and regulations.

The person:- will be a graduate, qualified ACA, CIA, CPA, or CMA with at least 8-10 years previous audit experience in a similar role. Strong analytical and research skills will be required to support global strategies and implementing best practices and operational improvements adding value across the whole business. Ideally you will be from a Top 10 practice or with a corporate (ideally manufacturing) background. Confident, out going, a strong communicator/influencer, comfortable challenging financial performance and evaluating operational efficiency's and making recommendations for improvements.
An enthusiastic, self starter with a strong business desire. Excellent organizational skills, resilient, pro active, enjoys taking the initiative and making things happen.
