Company

One of the original members of the ICAEW, MHA MacIntyre Hudson is ranked among the UK’s top 15 accountancy firms, combining high levels of technical expertise with the kind of personal service often only found in smaller firms.

Talk to people at MHA MacIntyre Hudson and they’ll say we are a friendly team, that we offer opportunities to develop and that we are ambitious. This isn’t marketing speak - this is the overriding feedback from a recent independent survey.

We say we’re ambitious, but here’s the evidence; we’ve grown more than 100% in the last nine years. Importantly, this means we’re creating sustainable career paths for those who are part of our journey.

We value your opinions, your ideas and ability to innovate. After all, it’s your ideas that can help us improve client service or find more efficient ways of working.

Our own values of Service, Teamwork, Attitude and Relationships help us create a successful working environment and underpin how our people and clients experience MHA MacIntyre Hudson. These values are integral to ensuring our people are engaged and motivated and are evident in everyday working life at the Firm.

At MHA MacIntyre Hudson, we are passionate about the work that we do and the service we deliver to our clients, but we also recognise there is more to life than just work!

In order to attract and retain a diverse workforce, we understand our staff need the flexibility to balance their working lives with their personal lives. This is why we launched and embedded an agile working culture back in 2019. In truth, we’d been working in an agile way for a good while, but saw the need to formalise things to ensure all our staff had access to this great benefit.

Perhaps you have children and need to work flexibly? Perhaps you have a pastime and would like to be able to work for a growing firm AND pursue your passions? Whatever your motivations, we are always happy to talk about flexible working.

We have an output driven environment and we trust our staff to deliver the best. We encourage our staff to talk to their Managers and Partners about what works best for them and how we can support them to deliver their best, while still maintaining balance.
