A Global Information Security Consultancy are looking for a Senior Cyber Security Expert to join their growing team of professionals to assist with their ever-expanding client list. You'll be responsible for the Incident response process for existing and new clients.

The Senior Cyber Security Expert will be responsible for:

The incident response process according to the Standard Operating Procedures, as well as providing recommendations to customers
Proactive threat hunting as well as a deep understanding of the evolving threats
Research to continually improve techniques and methodologies
Act as a point of escalation for security events for escalation and remediation
Take part in purple (red/blue) team exercisesThe key skills and experience required:

Experience with the full incident response lifecycle and Kill Chain
Knowledge of both Windows and Linux forensic tools (Forensic Investigations)
Programming/scripting skills (Bash/PowerShell/Python)
Deep understanding of Reverse Engineering
Industry certifications (OSCP/CISSP/Certified Forensic exams)

This position is ideal for someone experienced in a number of different processes and technologies with a wide understanding of Incident Response, Remediation and forensic analysis. As one of the most senior in the team, you will be the point of escalation and have responsibility for customer security.

This will suit someone extremely proactive; someone used to keeping up to date with technology, tools and methodologies to stay one step ahead of the game.
