Job description

The Role

Within CDIO our Business Analysts understand user and business needs. You will work with project /delivery professionals, scrum teams to identify, analyse, model, and test these needs.

You will be an active member of a delivery/scrum team collaborating with all stakeholders throughout the full delivery lifecycle. You will create a common understanding for the intended outcomes, ensuring maximum benefits are delivered.

Leading small to medium sized projects and supporting larger projects, you will manage stakeholder relationships and have a good understanding of their own work. You will advance the business analyst community through sharing best practice and mentor others.

With a systematic, analytical approach to problem solving you will have good interpersonal skills and be confident in dealing with customers/users. You will possess a common understanding of project methodologies and be able to apply appropriate business analysis tools and techniques.

Team members that are moving offices as a result of the Locations Programme will be entitled to a Moves Adjustment Payment for three years where they incur additional costs. This is calculated based on the difference between the costs of travelling to and from the new and old office, over a weekly period. You will get more detail on this as part of targeted locations move communications.
